There are eight types of resources that can be limited for accounts, domains,
or projects. However, the documentation for listResourceLimits,
updateResourceLimit, and updateResourceCount only explain five of them (types 0
through 4). The documentation should be updated to explain all eight types so
the API can be used correctly.
