This is still not fully functional as mentioned with comment 3.
Issues observed with this fix :
A. After adding VNMC provider , we get to see two options 1) Enable 2) Disable .
We should have have only 1 option which is opposite to the State of the provider
B. Tried enable operation twice. With this Task notification job has become
never ending job.
Hence reopening the bug.
