prashant,

(1) Please provide database dump (VMware environment)
and steps to see the prompt (e.g. select network "aaa" > select IP "10.1.1.1" >
click configuration > click Load Balancer "lb01" > click Autoscale button )
and testing info (i.e.input value in fields in autoscaler dialog box)

p.s. Did you select a template whose hypervisor is "VMware" in the autoscaler
dialog box?
If you did, you should be able to see the prompt like I did in my environment
(Please see the screenshot from my environment:
"Jessica_autoscaler_dialog_prompt_for_VMware.jpg")

(2)
> since this (mem/cpu) registering problem is specific to linux we need to
> popup message only for linux vm, for window vms no popups required.

There are 11 OS categories.
Which one has this (mem/cpu) registering problem?
