Removal of these internal unused classes should be part of task in your another
bug CLOUDSTACK-3862, I admitted that I missed these classes in fixing
CLOUDSTACK-3862. For this blocker bug, we are only disabling those options
visible to users. I will keep this bug open until the doc subtask is closed,
and will fix removal of these internal dead code in CLOUDSTACK-3862.
