When I fire a request to the createVPC rest endpoint the asyncjob returned by
the command never finishes.
The bug can clearly be seen on the UI.
Steps to reproduce:
-Create VPC
-Refresh page
The new vpc will be showing up in the list
If you don't refresh the page the vpc status will be pending even though the
call already finished
