Summary: Templates/Volumes created from snapshots size is reset to

Steps:
1. Configure Adv zone with VMWARE Cluster
2. Create an account and Deploy instance using this account user
3. Create Snapshot from this instance ROOT volume which is of 2 GB
4. Snapshot is created with 2 GB
5. Create volume/Template from this Snapshot
Observation :
1. DB is updated with 2 GB initially in the volumes tables
2. But when the state is moved to from Creating to Ready , Size got reset to
3.75 KB from 2 GB.
