Steps to Reproduce:
================
1. Setup a 3.0.6 Advanced Zone with XenServers only.
2. Upgrade the Setup to 4.2
3. Add a new VMWare Data Center to the Setup.
4. Add a new VMWare Cluster to the Setup.
5. Add a primary storage to the VMWare Cluster.
6. Observe the System VM Template and the Default Template for VMWare get
downloaded automatically.
