4.5.4.2. Install the Database on a Separate Node
1) You can use a distribution or Operating System of your choice. What is the
point of having "distribution" and "Operating System"? What distinction is
being made here?

It is not clear if the note in Item 2 includes the
innodb_rollback_on_timeout=1
innodb_lock_wait_timeout=600
max_connections=700
log-bin=mysql-bin
binlog-format = 'ROW'
bind-address = 0.0.0.0
or not.
Moving the Note to after the code might make it clearer that the MySQL config
applies regardless of OS.
3) At step 7 the command is too far away from the sentence "The following
command creates the cloud user on the database." Try moving the command code
block before the description of the arguments
