Resolution: Fixed
Please rerun upgrade from 3.0.7 -> 4.2. Verify if there are snapshots in
'BackedUp' state in the secondary storage and not deleted prior to upgrade
appropriate entries get created in 'snapshot_store_ref' table. If the issue is
seen then the db dumps prior to upgrade and post upgrade is again required.
