I tried to reproduce this in 2.2.14 to 4.2 environment, but i dont find the
issue in that setup. Since autoscale/vpc werent supported in 2.2x, this could
possibly be a browser cache issue. i am lowering priority since not
reproducible on 2.2.14 to 4.2 environment.
