Hitting the same problem again
What I did based on Frank comment
cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget http://jpackage.org/jpackage50.repo
yum install tomcat6 tomcat6-webapps tomcat6-admin-webapps
used U option to install CP4.2 build
(build number )CloudPlatform-4.2-4.2-66-rhel5
Hitting same error

cloudstack-usage-4.2.0-SNAPSHOT.el5.x86_64 from cloud-temp has depsolving
problems

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.
