shwta, can you clarify the steps you were doing? were you using 'M' option to
install mgmt server or using 'A' to install cloud-agent?
first of all, for rhel5.5 you can only install mgmt server which means using
option 'M'. jakarta-commons-daemon-jsvc is a dependency only for
cloudstack-agent and cloudstack-usage, if you just install
cloudstack-management using option 'M', you should not encounter any issue. I
have successfully installed cloudstack-management on centos5.3 with
insturctions I provided before. (I tried it again just now it still succeeds)
if you do use 'M' option, please provide me information following below steps:
1. having a fresh centos5.5 vm
1. untar latest package
2. run install.sh then click 'M'
3. yum installer will then calculate dependencies and show them in a text table
on console. paste that table to this ticket. it's event better if you can get
me all log after you click 'M' option
