---------------------------------------------------------------------
My bad that I mentioned install rather than upgrade
I am upgrading from 3.4 cloudstack build to 4.2 build using U option.
I have both Management server and usage server installed from 3.4 build on
centos5.5 machine and now I am trying to upgrade to 4.2 using CP 4.2 build
but I can see in the mail that I send i have mentioned upgrade failed

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.
• when trying to install jsvc
rpm -Uvh
