Chandan, Did you start MS on the upgraded setup? If the entry is not created
even after the MS is started then reopen. In my testing I verified that the
entry gets created when the MS starts up for the first time.
The default internal LB offering gets created when MS is started (during
configuration of InternalLoadBalancerVMManager (see
InternalLoadBalancerVMManagerImpl.configure())). The logic is the following:
1. Check if there is a global config internallbvm.service.offering and it is
set to a valid service offering uuid.
2. If there is no specified service offering then it goes and creates the
default one.
