During VM deployment through the VM wizard UI, when the user chooses the
dedicated zone, the dedicated affinity group should be preselected for him and
non-editable in the wizard.
How can UI know which group to preselect?
-->UI can call listDedicatedZones API passing in the zoneId selected in the VM
wizard
-->The reponse should return DedicateZoneResponse object, if zone is dedicated
