Now, we don't stop and delete vms which not belong to CS . But the vms are not 
show in the cloudstack UI. we can't manage the vms which not belong to CS via 
cloudstack.
Is there anyone know how to achieve this?
I agree with Rajesh and Anthony that this is not a bug,too.But I think it 
should have a choise of this whent we add a host.We can chose deltete(just like 
the exist version do) or not delete the vms that in the xenserver(or other 
hypervisor).If we chose not delete the vms, add the vms into the cloudstack 
management's instance.So that we can control the vms through the cloudstack.
