Found during the code review.
The designed behavior was broken by the Object Store merge
9aec9c605c1ee0737217dd56f55c50efe2ac57f8.
Before the merge, we used to read the global config
"execute.in.sequence.hypervisor.commands", and this param defined whether
commands are executed in parallel, or not. After the merge, parallel execution
flag is always turned on, and there is no way to switch it off.
