rebooting and stopping/starting could not work util we fix the bridge name on
the old hosts, because cloudstack will check the old bridge name on hosts at
first and use it if exists.
However, I can not stop all the running vms on product environment, otherwise I
will be fired :)
If any one has an idea on this issue, please feel free to pick it up.
