Fix For: 4.2.1
routers tests are failing if there is a shared network exists in the physical
network.
Fix would be to listRouters for that account of type 'Isolated'.
following two tests are failing because of the above mentioned problem:
integration.component.test_routers.TestRouterServices.test_01_AdvancedZoneRouterServices
integration.component.test_routers.TestRouterServices.test_02_NetworkGarbageCollection
