Anshul Gangwar resolved CLOUDSTACK-3593.
----------------------------------------

    Resolution: Invalid
      Assignee: Anshul Gangwar

This is by design. This depends on the "storage.overprovisioning.factor"
parameter in global settings. By default it is 2 so it is showing double. For
more information on over-provisioning , refer to documentation at
http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.1.1/html/Admin_Guide/primary-storage.html
