Steps:

1. Deploy CS 4.1 advanced zone with XEN.
2. Create VMs.
3. Upgrade to 4.2
Expected behaviour :
========================
The db upgrade should be successful, UI should be available and system vms
should come up
Observed behaviour :
======================
The db upgrade is successful and system vms come up but no UI is seen at all. I
am able to fire the APIs and they are working fine. There is no error with
respect to that in the logs also.
I have restarted the management server several times but that also doesn't
help.
