With deploy do you mean boot or before it actually starts booting?
When using NFS for both Primary and Secondary a simple QCOW2 file copy is
required, but with RBD you have to go from QCOW2 -> RAW on the first copy.
Afterwards it will use the RBD cloning feature to deploy new Instances.
