ApiDiscovery exposes in json the CloudStack API DSL. However, marvin build
depends on API doc generated as XML. Remove this dependency and instead output
commands.xml and commands.json from the apidoc build which can be used as
precache from within marvin's packaging. So that at install-time marvin can
build its libraries or choose to sync (like cloudmonkey) against a CloudStack
deployment
This precached json will also allow one to build marvin and various other
language bindings for CloudStack with ease.
