2 Zone ,
1st zone with 1 cluster and 1 pod and 2 hosts
2nd zone with 1 cluster and 1 pod and 1 host
We cannot say about resources running; because we are using same environment
for all test.
2nd zone will be mostly free, means most of the test cases deploying VM on
first zone; you can use 2nd zone for for implicit and explicit tests
