Description:
Volume test cases from BVT suite failed, test cases failed while adding new
volume;
i tried to new volume from UI, its failed with error
Unable to execute API command createvolume due to invalid value. Invalid
parameter diskofferingid value=7c5f301b-69b3-43f4-a5b8-8acb356c5e3f due to
incorrect long value format, or entity does not exist or due to incorrect
parameter annotation for the field in api cmd class
Test case creating with API, observed below error in log
Execute cmd: createvolume failed, due to: errorCode: 431, errorText:volume size
1073741824, but the maximum size allowed is 0 Gb
