Sailaja,
API only allows domain-admin update resource limits on its sub-domains, but not
on it's own domain.
So, after getting my fix, you'll see Edit button in sub-domains(as in
jessica_1.PNG, jessica_2.PNG), but won't see Edit button in its own domain (as
jessica_3.PNG).
