Fix For: 4.3.0
Moving forward, CloudStack will be using SASS for styling instead of CSS. This
will require integrating a SASS compiler into the standard maven UI build
phase.
The mvn SASS compiler is at: https://github.com/Jasig/sass-maven-plugin
This should compile down ui/stylesheets/cloudstack.scss to
ui/stylesheets/cloudstack.css as a last step in the UI build.
