This link is working correctly in the most recent 4.2.0 docs. (possibly fixed
in the 10/14/2013 update)
Update: after reviewing the full doc, not just the links I see the problem.
I've attached a patch to correct this. Removes the windows MSI link from the
linux section and corrects the MSI link in the windows section.
