Tried to create shared network offering with LB,DNS,DHCP services /
It failed to create shared network offering saying "Provider VirtualRouter
doesn't support services combination: [Dns, Dhcp, Lb] "
Without offering it does not let you to proceed with the remaining
functionality.
Hence reopening the defect.
