Fix For: 4.2.1
cloudstack-usage service is not enabled in any runlevel in 4.2. Due to this
usage service does not start automatically after restart.
3.0.x:
[root@CentOS62 ~]# chkconfig --list cloud-usage
cloud-usage 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on 4:on 5:on
6:off
4.2:
[root@d88caaf7-f6c4-43b8-a30c-9aa4735772e9 ~]# chkconfig --list cloudstack-usage
service cloudstack-usage supports chkconfig, but is not referenced in any
runlevel (run 'chkconfig --add cloudstack-usage')
