Alena Prokharchyk created CLOUDSTACK-4924:
---------------------------------------------

Summary: AcountCleanup: never release the ip address if the
network failed to delete
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-4924
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4924
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
          Components: Management Server
    Affects Versions: 4.2.0
            Reporter: Alena Prokharchyk
            Assignee: Alena Prokharchyk
             Fix For: 4.2.1

During the account cleanup process, cloudStack code:
destroys the networks
calls ipRelease for the account ip addresses. This call was added to cover the
Basic zone scenario when there are public ips assigned to the account exist,
and they have to be de-allocated explicitly w/o calling the destroyNetwork
Bug: ipRelease call should never be made in the accountCleanup thread when the
destroyNetwork call failed. Otherwise you end up with the public ips still
programmed on the VR that wasn't destroyed, and released in the DB.
