Exacmple -
management-server.UsageEvent.VM-CREATE.com-cloud-vm-VirtualMachine.0bba50e4-d96d-460b-994f-e31f8339baa9'
User would want to subscribe for all virtual machine events. Currently thats
not possible. IT would have been possible if the format were
management-server.UsageEvent.com-cloud-vm-VirtualMachine.VM-CREATE.0bba50e4-d96d-460b-994f-e31f8339baa9
(swapped eventType.resourceType)
