Fix For: 4.2.1
Upgraded 3.0.7 Patch_B to 4.2.1 and later upgraded XS host from 5.6 SP2 to 6.2.
A windows 2k8R2 instance that was created before upgrade had 5.6 PV drivers
installed. After upgrade when we try to restart the VM, a BSOD occurs and the
VM reverts to system recovery screen.
