Commit 7a26894eb04d0fba8141aa26e501d82e3bf51a81 in branch refs/heads/master
from [~alena1108]

Changes to @Parameter - added RoleType[] authorized() field. The field defines
who is authorized to put the parameter to the call. If the person is not
authorized, the parameter will be ignored.
Also fixed CLOUDSTACK-5024 - added storageId to the list of the request
parameters (available to the Root admin only)
> listVolumes: add support to list by storage pool (for admin only)

> As admin might want to locate the volumes belonging to a particular storage
> pool + poolId is returned as a part of VolumeResponse, it would make sense to
> add support to specify storageId in listVolumes command. This option would be
> available to the ROOT admin only.
