Unlike the CS4.2 release notes say, I could not find cloud-bugtool in source
tree or installed/upgrade CS4.2 platform.
Further research shows it is in Citrix CloudPlatform 4.2.
Since CS4.2 now was released, and CS4.2.1 won't add any new features.
I guess it would be included in CS4.3.
Currently the only change is remove the related info in CS4.2 release notes.
