Steps to reproduce
-------------------------
1-prepare a CS setup with kvm (rhl6.4)
2-deploy vms
3-add another host to same cluster with same hostname
4-try to live migrate vm
Expected
-------------
Either addition of host with same hostname should not be allowed or migration
should be successful (CS can look for IP+hostname which will be unique when
hostname is same)
Actual
-------
live migration is failing
