Cant login into CloudStack 4.2 UI after making a change to
“secstorage.service.offering” in global settings.
1.) Changed global setting for "secstorage.service.offering" to a new service
offering.
2.) Restarted cloudstack-management service.
3.) Can't login to the CloudStack UI with default admin account and password.

Havent been able to fix the issue.
Tried the steps in CLOUDSTACK-3091, but did not work.
