Some configuration parameters are missing in configuration table and they are
unable to update or list.
Need to add the following parameters to the methods in interface configurable
in their corresponding managers.
StorageCapacityDisableThreshold,
StorageOverprovisioningFactor,
StorageAllocatedCapacityDisableThreshold
cluster.cpu.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold
cluster.memory.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold
