Create an account.
Create a security group for this account.
Authorize egress and ingress rule for this security group.
Deploy a VM in this account with above security group.
SSH to VM and try pinging google, ping is successful.
Now revoke the egress rule and try pinging google
Ping is still successful, it should fail after revoking the egress rule.
