1. During advance zone creation, MS failed at cluster creation.
In UI, without any changes, fix errors, proceed.
MS then succeeds in creating vmware cluster.
MS next failed to create primary storage.
If cancel zone creattion, attempt to create primary storage fails with
"Unable to add data store"
Able to add secondary storage. Unable to add primary storage.
