Steps to reproduce 

Step 1 : set instance.name=TestVM in global parameter
Step 2 : Restart MS and Deploy Vm, dont specify any name while deploying the VM

Actual Result 

UUID of new VM is 56276ab1-3353-473c-8b35-f27f81f68bd8, and vm should be 
deployed with name "56276ab1-3353-473c-8b35-f27f81f68bd8"

vm deployed with name TestVM56276ab1-3353-473c-8b35-f27f81f68bd8, here 
instance.name also included 

We need to remove instance.name from vm name
