The changes that were done as part of [cloudstack-1047 - tracking in logs using
job id ] are missing in 4.3.
The changes corresponded to setting job-<id>=[<uuid>] in
AsyncJobManagerImpl.java and was missed when transitioning code to use the new
jobs framework.
