Resolution: Duplicate
Bug root cause is same as
[https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4362]
The issue is not reproducible on 4.3- Take VM snaphots, live migrate VM to a
different cluster and revert VM to one of the old snapshots.
