Steps to reproduce
-------------------------
1-prapare a CS setup + install usage server
2-create a dynamic compute offering say d1
3-deploy a vm  using d1
4-stop and start vm

Actual
--------
#cpu , cpuspeed, memory is  set  to null after stop start

Expected
-------------
after vm stop-start #cpu , cpuspeed and memory should get updated according to 
CO
