By looking at compute offering of the vm we can tell how much cpu and ram is
allocated to vm. But this is not the case with dynamic compute offerings
because there can be multiple values per dynamic compute offerings .
-->We should introduce another way to tell admin ,how much cpu ,ram is
allocated to a vm in case of dynamic compute offering.
