The same LDAP user can be created in multiple domains.
Steps to reproduce:
call the ldapCreateAccount api multiple times with different domainid and same
user info.
EX call:
http://SERVER:PORT/client/api?command=ldapCreateAccount&username=username&domainid=domainid&account=username&accounttype=0&response=json
