I have checked in a backend fix into 4.3, which requires a corresponding UI
fix to finally resolve this issue. That is, when the template to be copied is
not associated with a specific zone (from UI template listing page, zone column
is empty), UI should invoke copyTemplate api without passing sourcezoneid
parameter, then this bug should be fixed. Jessica, can you address that in UI
code?
