1. advance zone, create VMs
2. Add 2 cluster-based primary storage, 2 zone-wide primary storage
3. While VM running, ROOT volume > volume migration shows empty drop
down list of storage pool for volume migration.
4. DATA volume> volume migration shows empty drop
down list of storage pool for volume migration.
5. According to 4.2.0 CP admin guide 13.4.5 volume migration should be
allowed while VM is running in vmware
