1. advance zone . create 2 cluster Primary storage. 2 zone-wide primary
storage
2. VM stop. DATA volume detach. DATA volume volume migrate to other
cluster Primary storage
3. take snapshot fail error: Failed to create snapshot due to an internal
error creating snapshot for volume 21
