Fix For: 4.4.0
Current event bus supports a RabbitMQ message oriented middleware based
integration where publish-and-subscribe semantics are offloaded to RabbitMQ
server. This brings an additional external server to be configured and added
into CS deployment. There is need for in-memory based event bus where both
publisher and subscriber are running as part of management server and no
external server is required.
